The Hippies win. Ironically this releases MORE toxic stuff into the air than the smoke stack (smoke factory) normally does. I think it’s a smoke factory, or an energy plant, It’s in St. Paul Twin Cities Xcel owns it. It was blown up detonated dynamite celebrate 4th of July America.

36 Views of the IDS Center
This is a montage of images of the IDS Center in Minneapolis. It’s inspired by Hokusai’s woodcut work, “36 Views of Mount Fuji.” We’re geographically pretty flat here, so the IDS Center in downtown Minneapolis was the best I could do!
